Cancellation & Refund Policy

At GetTripGo, we aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation policies for all travellers.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked:

  • Flights: As per airline rules

  • Hotels: As per hotel cancellation policy

  • Tours & Packages:

    • 30+ days before travel → Up to 20% charge

    • 15–30 days before travel → Up to 50% charge

    • 0–14 days before travel → 100% charge (non-refundable)

No-Show / Missed Services

Failure to join or use any scheduled service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

Visa Rejection

Visa fees, service charges and documentation charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7–14 working days

  • Back to the original mode of payment

Cancellation by GetTripGo

If a service is cancelled due to operational reasons, you will receive an option to reschedule.

Terms & Conditions
