30+ days before travel → Up to 20% charge
15–30 days before travel → Up to 50% charge
0–14 days before travel → 100% charge (non-refundable)
Failure to join or use any scheduled service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
Visa fees, service charges and documentation charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed:
Within 7–14 working days
Back to the original mode of payment
