Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Get Trip Go platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Get Trip Go reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Get Trip Go is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking deposit or full payment, depending on the service type. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the relevant supplier. Clients are responsible for providing a valid passport and all required travel documentation at the time of booking.

A booking amount of INR 20,000/- is payable upon confirmation to secure your reservation.

Full payment must be made before ticket issuance and within the applicable airline fare/ticketing deadline.

Full payment for visa services must be made prior to submission of the application to the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa processing centre.

Payment for land arrangements is due in three instalments: 50% of the Land Part is payable 60 days prior to arrival, 40% is payable 30 days prior to arrival, and the remaining 10% is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed and confirmation is issued.

Payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. By submitting payment, you authorise Get Trip Go to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

Cancellation charges may apply and will vary depending on the travel component, supplier terms, and the date of cancellation.

Service fees and the INR 20,000/- booking amount are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any eligible refund is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.

Refund processing may take approximately 30–90 days, depending on the relevant supplier's processing timelines.

Cancellation terms may differ during national holidays and peak/high-season periods, particularly around Christmas and New Year. Any such variations will be communicated and handled on a case-by-case basis.

All quotations provided are for reference purposes only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. No flights, hotels, rooms, tours, or other services are being held or blocked based on a quotation.

All services remain subject to availability and applicable supplier confirmation at the time of actual booking. The quoted hotel and room category are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed and the relevant supplier has accepted the reservation.

Prices and availability may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs. Requests for early check-in are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Standard hotel check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Requests for late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may be subject to additional charges.

We assist clients with visa applications for various countries by providing documentation guidance, application submission, and liaison services with embassies or visa processing centers where applicable.

Final approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate. Get Trip Go does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.

Visa fees and service charges may be non-refundable in the event of refusal, withdrawal, or cancellation, subject to the applicable terms of the relevant embassy or consulate.

You may not use Get Trip Go for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate others, to conduct unauthorised data scraping, or to interfere with platform security.

Any attempt to make fraudulent bookings, use stolen payment methods, or exploit pricing errors will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Use of bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access or extract data from our platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Get Trip Go does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control.

Get Trip Go acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Trip Go's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
