Please read these terms carefully before using Get Trip Go's platform, services, or mobile application.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Get Trip Go platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Get Trip Go reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Get Trip Go is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice.
Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Get Trip Go acts as an intermediary between you and the travel service provider.
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed and confirmation is issued.
Payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. By submitting payment, you authorise Get Trip Go to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
If a payment fails after booking initiation, the booking may not be confirmed. We are not responsible for price changes or unavailability between a failed attempt and a successful retry.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by travel provider, fare type, and booking date. The applicable policy is displayed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds may be processed within 2β3 business days.
Certain promotional fares, last-minute deals, or special rates may be entirely non-refundable. These restrictions will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.
Get Trip Go is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or airline operational decisions.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Get Trip Go for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate others, to conduct unauthorised data scraping, or to interfere with platform security.
Any attempt to make fraudulent bookings, use stolen payment methods, or exploit pricing errors will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Use of bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access or extract data from our platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Get Trip Go does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control.
Get Trip Go acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Trip Go's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
